To benefit from the discount, you will need to become an EANS/SINch member before registering. Membership status will be verified by the Organizing Secretariat. Be aware if your membership is not updated at the time of your application, the "non-member fee" will be applied.

ISCRIZIONI A CARICO DI PUBBLICHE AMMINISTRAZIONI
Le Pubbliche Amministrazioni per iscrivere i propri dipendenti e poter usufruire dell’esenzione IVA - ai sensi dell’art. 10 del DPR 633/72 - come modificato dall’art. 14, comma 10 della legge 24 dicembre 1993, n. 537, e per richiedere emissione di fattura elettronica – ai sensi del D.M. 3 aprile 2013 n. 55 – dovranno inviare unitamente alla scheda di iscrizione una dichiarazione contenente i seguenti dati obbligatori:
- dati fiscali dell’Ente
- Codice univoco
- nome del dipendente e titolo del congresso e la specifica che il dipendente è autorizzato a frequentare l’evento per aggiornamento professionale
- esenzione applicazione IVA
ATTENZIONE: In mancanza di tale dichiarazione e del pagamento, dovrà essere il dipendente ad anticipare l’importo dovuto e poi richiederne il rimborso al proprio Ente. In questo caso la fattura con l’IVA inclusa sarà intestata al partecipante. Non saranno accettate richieste di modifica delle fatture già emesse o rimborso dell’IVA versata.

HOW TO REGISTER AND HOW TO PAY
To subscribe to this event is necessary to fill the digital Registration Form available on the dedicated website. Registration fees may be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Online payments in advance are strongly encouraged. Please note, cash payment will not be accepted.

An e-mail will be sent to individual participants upon completion of the registration process. This confirmation must be presented at the registration desk on-site at the meeting to receive the congress kit and access badge.
No registration will be processed unless accompanied payment.
A receipt of payment for the total amount will be issued directly by My Meeting Srl.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be made for cancellations.
Notification of cancellation or substitutions must be made in written to the Organizing Secretariat.
Deadline for registration April 1st, 2025
After this date you can enroll only at the meeting venue.

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when your register for the Course and make your travel arrangements, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The Organizing Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
