Forlì is the city of reference for transport to and from Bertinoro. By car For those arriving by car from Bologna: take Forlì exit on A-14 highway and follow signals for Cesena-Forlimpopoli-Bertinoro. For those arriving from Rimini: take Cesena “Nord” (North) exit on A-14 highway and then follow E45 street to Rome until Cesena “Ovest” (West) exit. Turn right on SS9 (Via Emilia), direction Forlì-Bologna. Follow signals for Bertinoro. For info: www.autostrade.it? GPS coordinates: Latitude: 44.148913 – Longitude: 12.132533 Railway Bologna-Rimini line. Get off in Forlì or Cesena. Forlimpopoli-Bertinoro is not recommended as it is a small station and trains are infrequent. In questo caso la fattura con l’IVA inclusa sarà intestata al partecipante. Non saranno accettate richieste di modifica delle fatture già emesse o rimborso dell’IVA versata. Registration fees may be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Online payments in advance are strongly encouraged. Please note, cash payment will not be accepted. An e-mail will be sent to individual participants upon completion of the registration process. No registration will be processed unless accompanied payment. A receipt of payment for the total amount will be issued directly by My Meeting Srl. CANCELLATION POLICY No refunds will be made for cancellations.  Notification of cancellation or substitutions must be made in written to the Organizing Secretariat.  Deadline for registration October 19th, 2026 After this date you can enroll only at the meeting venue.   INSURANCE Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when your register for the Course and make your travel arrangements, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The Organizing Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin. PHOTOS AND VIDEOS During the event, photos and videos may be taken to document the occasion. These materials will become part of the archives of My Meeting Srl and the event organizer, and they may be shared on official websites or social media channels.
