HOW TO GET THERE
By air - The PMO Falcone-Borsellino Airport of Palermo-Punta Raisi offers daily connections to all major Italian cities and with many international destinations.
Distance 50 km – 1 hour by car.
By boat - Palermo has a large port with passenger ferry boat service with regular connections to Genoa, Livorno, Civitavecchia, Naples and Cagliari.
By car - Santa Flavia is 15 kilometres from Palermo. Porticello can be reached from the State Road 113 that connects Trapani to Messina. Alternate
route: take the A19 Motorway that runs from Palermo to Catania and Messina and get off at the Casteldaccia exit.
By train - From the Palermo train stations of Palermo Centrale and Palermo Brancaccio there are several trains that run at least once an hour, connecting
the city of Palermo with the station of Flavia-Solunto-Porticello. The journey takes approximately 13 to 15 minutes.

HOW TO REGISTER AND HOW TO PAY
To subscribe to this Meeting is necessary to fill the Registration and Reservation Form available on the website www.mymeetingsrl.com and send it together with payment to the Organizing Secretariat My Meeting (Fax +39 051/795270 - e-mail: info@mymeetingsrl.com).
The registration will be confirmed by e-mail with a voucher. No registration will be processed unless accompanied payment.
A receipt of payment for the total amount will be issued directly by My Meeting Srl.

Deadline for registration May 30th, 2012.
After this date you can enroll only at the Meeting Venue.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION DOMINA HOME ZAGARELLA
My Meeting reserved a limited number of rooms at the Meeting Venue:
double room single use € 122,00 VAT included     € 110,90 VAT excluded*

The price are per night, per room, B&B accommodation, all taxes included.
Reservation should be made sending the Registration and Reservation Form with the receipt of the payment of the whole amount for hotel accommodation + € 20,00 per room for reservation expenses no later than May 30th, 2012.
After this deadline, room availability will be on request.
No reservation will be considered valid without payment or indication of credit card data.
The invoice will be issued by My Meeting together with the hotel voucher by e-mail.

CLIMATE
The weather in Palermo in June is generally pleasant, with an average temperature range of 22°-26°C

CURRENCY
The Euro is the official national currency. All major credit cards are accepted.

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that any time your register for the Meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The Organizing Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any Participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

VISA
Some participants may need an entry VISA for Italy.
Participants are requested to consult the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for specific details relating to visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
